EXISTING CONDITIONS

On May 05, 2017 we closed on this property. It took one year of peeling back the layers, listening to the space, researching the history to understand how we could bring its story forward. At least 12 window air conditioning units, 7 vacuum cleaners, 123 florescent light tubes, 7 motion activated flood lights, a dumpsters worth of fax lines, drop ceilings, commercial carpet disposed. A flying squirrel and wasps, many wasps were managed.
